Founded in the early 1980’s in Los Angeles, CA, where we are still headquartered, Talon International has grown into a truly global company, with facilities from Hong Kong to New York.

Talon Zippers and Fasteners Talon is the worlds original zipper company founded in 1893. Talon was the inventor of the zipper and went on to pioneer many of the innovations common in zippers today. Talon is a high quality zipper that delivers superior service and value. Talon became part of the Talon International family in 2001 since then, the brand has expanded its manufacturing and distribution profile internationally.

The Managed Trim Solution™ Talon International pioneered the creation and implementation of complex trim outsourcing programs for large apparel manufacturers. Under our Managed Trim Solution TM, garment manufacturers can order complete trim packages, consisting of woven & printed labels, buttons & rivets, printed marketing, zippers, thread as well as any other type of trim or accessory product. These packages are ordered and delivered by garment style, with a single price per garment. In addition, Talon International offers cut-by-cut delivery directly to sewing and finishing plants around the globe.

TEKFIT™ Talon International’s TekFit is our newest division, delivering cutting-edge product innovation to the apparel industry. TechFit has exclusive rights to advanced fabric technologies, which facilitate the addition of mechanical stretch into most standard fabrics. There are numerous applications, including waistbands that have the ability to stretch out and back by several sizes, without the need to add costly and unsightly elastics or other components. This delivers unparalleled comfort to the consumer as well as reduced SKU’s and other benefits to apparel manufacturers.
